2001 BMW 3-Series Description

This BMW is Nice.
It has the sport package on it(wheels, seats, interior trim, exhaust)
Cold a/c and warm heat.
No oil leaks.
doesn't run hot.
doesn't smoke.
sounds good.
lots of power to red-line without misfire.
smooth idle.
transmission shifts flawlessly like glass.
tires on rear are half life.
tires on front are brand new.
the M wheels are staggered(wider on rear than front).
clean clear title without issues on hand.
Just recently $3600 worth of work done at a BMW Specialist Mechanic.
i have the receipts for the following:
-timing chain and tensioner
-oil pan gasket
-water pump
-vanos rebuild with better seals.
- rear wheel bearings
- front brembo rotors
- throttle body
- intake boot
-throttle body sensor
-upper coolant hose
- valve cover gasket
-spark plugs
-all 6 new ignition coils
- belts
-tension pulley
-camshaft position sensor

the check engine light just came on.
i have the Peak code reader made specifically for BMW's(included).
check Engine light is on for codes e3 and e4(nothing more), which
are two oxygen sensors up on top next to valve cover. i live in
maury county where there isn't emissions testing, so the o2 sensors haven't been a priority.
Its my daily driver, and i put approx 50 miles each weekday to work and home.

needs:
front wheel bearings
electric mirrors do not work and i haven't searched the problem, may just be a fuse.
window washer solution doesn't spray, i haven't diagnosed the problem.
radio speakers are blown.

divorce agreement says to sell this car, so whomever buys it will be getting a great car.
