2004 BMW 3-Series 325Ci Description

Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the nearly 70 photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2004 BMW 325Ci convertible. I would rate the exterior of this BMW to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. Please keep in mind that this is an older vehicle with mileage in excess of 200k miles. The Titanium Silver exterior shines nicely and looks as smooth as glass all around. The worst I can say about the exterior is that there is visible cosmetic damage to the hood right at the nose and the finish isn't the greatest on the hood. There are a few purse scratches on the trunk lid. Aside from that, this is a good looking BMW. All of the trim and moldings are present and show well. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The convertible top looks in great condition and is fully intact with virtually no visible wear. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber all around. Tire tread is on the thin side of average. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. Again, please keep in mind that this vehicle has mileage in excess of 200k miles. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean, too. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The leather seats are clean for their age and show minimal wear. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors all work properly. The power convertible top opens and closes smoothly with the touch of a button. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well but the air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it does not blow cold air. The trunk is spacious and clean. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. It sounds like the fan makes a little noise now and again...but nothing awful. Her road manners are good for an older vehicle. The suspension feels nice and tight. Steering and braking feel good, too. You can catch a little vibration in the steering wheel around 60 mph...but she keeps composure over bumps so I'd lean more towards the tire wear over bushings, but it could be either. Regardless, it's not bad. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The check engine light is on. The code is for "oxygen sensors switched", which I have never heard of before. There was also another manufacturer specific emissions code, which I forget off the top of my head. I'd get the oxygen sensors right and see where that gets you. More times than not, fixing the initial issue with clear up all the other related codes. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts normally with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. If you've been looking for an attractively priced 3 Series convertible, this 2004 325Ci deserves your serious consideration. It is a fresh NEW CAR TRADE. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
