2001 BMW 7-Series 740i Technology Package Description

This is a nice low mileage 740i. 2001 was the last year for this body style. It has all the options for that year in good working order and one aftermarket option: a pretty sensitive under-dash mounted radar detector. The car drives down the road good and the transmission shifts good. Ice cold A/C.
Within the last two months the following were replaced with new O.E.M. parts:MAF sensorIAT SensorAir FilterPower Steering fluid reservoir. (Flushed with O.E.M. Pentosin power steering fluid)
The only thing it needs now is a power steering hose to be replaced. The mechanic who worked on it went to his country and so the car was sitting for about a month. The car can be driven but of course leaks PS fluid from this hose. You can keep adding power steering fluid and drive it, but it is better to just get it fixed. So it is recommended that the car be towed from current location. Seller will not be responsible for any mechanical damage resulting from driving the car away rather than towing it. At present, it only needs the said power steering hose, which is a minor repair.
