2007 BMW M5 Description

For sale by personal owner: 2007 BMW M5 with SMG III clutchless manual transmission. The legendary V10 S85 engine features 500hp, a top speed of 204 mph, and a zero-to-sixty MPH sprint in 4.2 seconds. It is quite the beast!
Great ownership history, including SMG clutch replacement (two years ago). No problems or stories, no check engine lights or issues. The CarFax report is clean with no damage or wrecks. I have a Blackstone oil analysis in hand, if interested; there is no evidence of typical M5 problems.
It is well-optioned, as well, with heated and cooled front seats, active bolsters, alcantra headliner, brushed aluminum trim, extended leather package, rear shades, comfort access, navigation, bluetooth integration, DVD, folding rear seats with ski pass-through, and active satellite radio with subscription that will stay with the car.
The tires are brand new Michelin ZR's, and the rear brake pads are new (Pagid brand). The front pads have about 5,000 miles of wear (much more than 50% remaining). No shimmies or sounds from the suspension or drivetrain. The hydraulic fluid in both the brake system and SMG has been changed recently, as well.

I strongly encourage inspections before purchasing; if out of town and having it shipped I am happy to take it to have it inspected on your behalf, at your cost. I require a non-refundable $200 deposit within 24 hours via PayPal. The deposit is applied towards the purchase price. For the balance of payment I accept cash in person, a bank wire transfer, or check. If paying via bank wire please allow 24 hours to clear; I will release the car and title 24 hours after payment. If paying by any check - including certified check - allow 7 days to clear; I will release the car and title 7 days after depositing the check to make sure funds clear.
If you are flying in to drive it out I will meet you at the Atlanta airport or Atlanta train or bus station. The car will be full of gas and ready for your drive home.
If you are having the car shipped, the cost and coordination of shipping is your responsibility. I will make myself available to meet the shipping company. Full payment must be received and cleared before I'll release the car for shipping.
Please make plans to fully pay for the car and either ship it or pick it up within two weeks of auction end. I'm a private owner and am flexible; two weeks generally gives you a chance either to get a good price on an airline ticket into Atlanta or plenty of lead time to find a shipping company via uShip or the company of your choice.
