1989 BMW 3-Series 325I Description

1989 BMW 325I Convertible. Auto, air, cruise, CD player. Runs and drives well. Engine runs smooth and strong. Transmission shifts well. Handles well, tight suspension. Brakes stop true and straight. All power windows work, cruise works, odometer and speedometer work. Newer top with very clear back window.Exterior is very straight. It has been painted at some point. No rust and no evidence of bondo. Decent job that still shines. Both doors, fenders and trunk lid have matching Vin. numbers. I could not find the vin numbers on the hood. The paint is thin right above the rear bumper and there are a few small cracks in the front bumper. See photos.Interior is nice except for the rear seat. It has a cheap seat cover on it. The leather is shot but the seat can be recovered. Front seats are nice with the original leather. Carpet is very clean and not worn. Dash has two cracks in it. See photos. It needs the the kick panel under the dash that that goes over the steering colum.Recent work includes fresh Syn. Oil and Amsoil filter. Adjusted the valves and new valve cover gasket. Rear upper shock mounts, trunk lid support shock.Clean Va. Title with not actual miles. Previous owner said he replaced the cluster with one that had 10k. Less miles that was on car. Odometer now reads176k. A/C belt is not on but compressor spins. Check engine light is also on.Overall a nice daily driver or weekend car. $4200 or close offer.
