Strong engine with no check engine lights, but the transmission is acting up. You can pick it up and drive it home, but I’m 95% sure you will get a transmission fault on the way. It will go away on a restart, but will come back. Ironically in manual mode you could probably drive it all day long without any errors, but that gets old in traffic. Sold as is.
Other errors are as follows:

DSC malfunction
Driver restraint system
PDC malfunction
Right front parking lamp

I have been told that a new BMW battery might correct most of this minus the parking lamp due to low voltage output.
