2016 BMW 328i Xdrive Sports Wagon + Mods
2016 BMW 3-Series Description
Putting my daily driver + sport wagon build up for lease transfer or buyout. This wagon was built from start to finish by the guys at Performance Technic in Fremont. It's an absolute treat to drive and has a ton of fun upgrades done to it to keep it exciting + practical. The car was featured on their blog a few months back (links below).

LEASE DETAILS:
Original Lease Term: 36 months
Allowed Mileage: 12k/year
Current Vehicle Mileage: 12,000 - Mileage will increase as the car is driven daily only a few miles a day
Months Remaining: 22 months
Remaining Miles: 24k remaining - 2k under milage
Lease End Date: 05/31/2019
Current Buyout from BMW North America: $45,973
Residual Value after lease is up: $35,619
Monthly Lease Payment is $690.47 after CA 9.25% tax
BMW Lease Transfer Fee: $500 (paid by you if you wish to continue the lease)
So... I'm looking to get around $1000 for all of the fun stuff and you can either transfer the lease and pay the fee as well from BMW North America, or buy the car outright. Obviously a bit of paperwork is involved in the transfer.
The not so fun part + full disclosure:
The car was hit twice in my parking spot at my apartment in Walnut Creek. Minor fender benders both times by people carelessly backing up in a small lot. I have photos of the damage, which was repaired through insurance and all professionally repaired through RJ's Paintshop in Pleasanton (one of the hightest rated + most professional paint shops in the Bay Area). Have all of the original paperwork from him too. There also is the tiniest scratch on the drivers-side door. Can provide photos to whoever is seriously interested. It also has a slight exhaust rattle at idle because of the Supersprint Mid-pipe. If you've ever owned anything Supersprint you know exactly what I'm talking about...
