2013 BMW M3 PREMIUM PACKAGE Description

This is a private seller, not a dealership. The title is clear, paper title. Please check my feed back to see that I have sold other cars on Ebay and have always had great feedback.
This is a BMW M3 Convertible, with a Black exterior, Black and Grey interior. I have only had the car serviced at the BMW dealership. I am the second owner. The first owner leased the vehicle for 24 months. The interior of the car is in excellent condition. The leather has been regularly conditioned, the floor mats are clean, the car has never been smoked in. The windows are tinted and the tinting is showing some wear at the edges, but not in safety/traffic sight lines. The paint has some scratches and chips, and a ding on the drivers side door. There are detailed pictures of the ding and paint blemishes shown with the photos. There are no known mechanical problems with this vehicle. It has been VERY well maintained. When last checked, the tires had 6/32 or greater tread and the front/rear brake linings were over 5mm.
We have the AutoCheck report on this car, which shows it was in an accident when it was less than 6 months old (with the first owner). This car rear-ended another car. The report shows that airbag was not deployed and there was no structural damage. The Carfax report shows a damage report for every history event in their report, even for the registration of the vehicle. Their report is obviously wrong and we have filed for a correction in that report. I am happy to send you a copy of both reports.
Even with the accident, the Kelley Blue Book condition quiz rates it in "GOOD" condition with a "private party" price of $36,716.
