2010 BMW X5 X5M Description

For sale by owner: I bought this beautiful X5M with a 555hp 4.4 liter V8 in January 2017 (8 months ago) at the BMW dealership in Greenwich Connecticut with 39k miles.It's a 3rd vehicle for me and has sat barely used in my heated garage since purchase and now has 42k miles. I purchased the 3 year 36k mile extended warranty for $3,500 which is fully transferable to an individual buyer. Total including taxes and warranty was $40,362. Selling only because I moved back to the city this month and no longer need multiple cars... monthly parking is too expensive to justify keeping it and I won't park it on the street. Currently garaged in heated secure facility. It runs beautifully, is impeccably clean inside and out and fully loaded including all wheel drive, panoramic sunroof, winter package, rear view camera, etc... original sticker was ~$100k!!! Only slight imperfection is small paint blemish from minor door ding. Car looks and drives brand new.Clean carfax, clear title in hand.
