1999 BMW M5 M Sport Description

This is a black/black BMW 540i M Sport with the full Dinan S2 upgrade package, similar to an M5. The package includes upgrades to the engine, software (level five), transmission, intake, exhaust, suspension, mechanical limited slip differential, brakes, wheels, and tires. The car has the BMW 4.4 liter M62TU V8 engine. With the upgrades, the engine makes close to 400hp and over 400 lb/ft torque. It is very fast and fun to drive. Check it out at Dinancars dot com. The car has every upgrade Dinan makes for this model except for the supercharger and camber plates. It also has every factory option including the sunroof, sports package, black leather, wood trim, black alcantara headliner, Septronic transmission, and 19" five spoke M Sport wheels. The car has also been upgraded with a new Pioneer stereo system including amps, subwoofers, and all new speakers. The car has a Valentine radar detector installed with indicators in the rearview mirror and controls under the dash. It has a full set of new Goodyear Z rated all-season tires. This car has been lightly driven and very well maintained. All regular minor maintenance has been performed in addition to major maintenance including head gasket replacement, belts, timing chains, and chain guide replacement, cooling system replacement including radiator, water pump, hoses, thermostat, etc., major suspension parts including control arms, thrust arms, ball joints and bushings were replaced, and the center driveshaft bearing was replaced. It has been kept garaged and passed this year's New York State Inspection.
