• The discounted shipping is only valid for major cities. We won't guarantee the pickup/delivery time. We don't own a shipping company. We will only dispatch the vehicle on shipping network. We will dispatch the vehicle for the average shipping quote by the system. If for some reason, we can't get the shipping arranged within 7 days after the vehicle is paid off, then the customer either will pay more to compensate the difference for expedite shipping or they would have to arrange their own shipping or fly/drive to Houston and pick up the vehicle in person and we will refund the shipping cost to the customer. Once the vehicle is dispatched, it will be customer responsibility to keep track of shipping. Even though, all the shipping companies are licensed and insured but we strongly recommend buyers to have the insurance at the time of purchase for extra protection.
• Money back guarantee. Buy the vehicle with confidence. If you come in person and buy the vehicle and don't like it then we will refund your money .If you get the vehicle shipped and test drive for 2 business days and drive less than 50 miles and decide not to keep it then you would have to pay the shipping (Actual shipping and not discounted) from and to our lot and upon receiving the vehicle, we will refund the purchase price within reasonable time frame. Buyer must agree and sign on the vehicle return authorization form in order to start the return process. Return will not be accepted without the signed return authorization agreement. Please note: In order to get full refund, the vehicle must be in same or better condition upon return. The return will not apply if the vehicle has been inspected prior to pick up by individual or inspection company.
