1997 BMW M3 Description

I am selling my 97 BMW M3 sedan which I have owned for 7 years. The car runs/drives and is suitable as a daily driver. The reason for the sale is I no longer have the time, energy, and resources to keep this car on the road as it has been climbing in miles. I want this car to preferably go to someone who is able to keep it on the road instead of sending it off to the junkyard. I'm gonna be as complete as I can in this listing:
The vehicle has the following problems/damage:

gear grind when shifting into 5th gear without rev matching
clunk coming from the rear axle when abruptly stepping on the gas
glove box does not close, has been secured with velcro
missing fog lights, luxury trim grill, and grill mesh
body damage to rear quarter panel, left side doors, rear bumper (see photos)
various minor rust spots on bottom edges of doors, trunk

The vehicle has the following "upgrades":

bilstein sport shock absorbers
uuc transmission mounts (black) with enforcer cups
jt design rear shock mounts, with convertible reinforcement plates
jt design belly pan
mason engineering strut brace
bmw x-brace from a convertible variant

Accidents:

I believe the vehicle has prior accident history before my purchase in 2010. I was involved in an accident with the car in March 2013 (shown in last photo). This damage was repaired. In winter of 16/17 the vehicle was side swiped by a plow truck. This damage has not been fixed.
