2009 BMW 328ix rear ended

2009 BMW 3-Series 4 door Description

I got rear ended and the other guy did not have good coverage .Insurance let me keep the car. This car has a clear title with no lien.

This car was in immaculate condition .This was my daily driver and handled like a dream.It had extended warranty till a year back. Alternator was changed last year .The dealer had put in a new clutch and fly wheel on warranty.Everything in this car was top shape.heated leather and steerin, i think it was the cold package . Tires are less than a year old always balanced .Brakes are less than a year old

The battery is dead as it was in the garage for two months .I just had it towed out .The engine did start even after the accident and i drove the car into the garage. i had AAA jump start it and drove out of the garage. The engine still feels crisp and the gear did shift fine
