2009 BMW M3 Coupe Description

2009 BMW M3 Coupe 2DR with manual transmission, tech, premium, and cold weather package, alpine white exterior, extended (bottom half of dash) and upgraded novillo fox red leather interior, carbon fiber roof, rare combination. 4.0L V8 engine with 414hp, the last M3 model to have a V8.
Car is in good condition, all maintenance completed per BMW recommended intervals, tires are good with plenty of tread. Iowned the car for about three years and has been reliable. Clear title, no accidents, paint is in excellent condition, washed and waxed regularly, parked inside garage. Customlicense plate (chobra) not included in sale, I will be keeping the plate.
I'm selling thecar because I got married and bought a more practical car. Title not in hand, I will receive it from the bank (SunTrust) once I pay off the loan (I'm not upside down) with the cash from the sale. Ishould receive the title from the bank within a few weeks then I will FedEx it to you. DMV billof sale will cover the transaction, rest assure this is standard procedure in such cases. Also you are covered under the eBay vehicle protection plan for further assurance that you're protected (see 2d below).

The cost of repair to each qualifying component must exceed $1,000. For vehicles listed in the Bus, Commercial Truck, and RV & Camper categories, the cost of repair for the undisclosed damage to each qualifying component must exceed $1,500. For vehicles listed in the Boat category, the cost of repair for the undisclosed damage to each of the engine or the hull must exceed $1,500. This protection is not available for vehicles listed in the Race Car or Aircraft categories. Vehicles that are subject to a recall for this type of damage are not eligible for VPP.
