2014 BMW 3-Series M Sport Description

My BMW 328 is finished in Alpine White on Dakota Coral red leather. The car is in pristine condition, and the tires had 10/32 of an inch at the last service at BMW of Sterling about 3,500 miles ago. The car has an MSRP of $47,475, the lease payment is 1% of msrp, almost unheard of with no down payment. Excellent gas mileage 23 city/35 highway. The car features:Automatic TransmissionRare M-Sport PackagePremium PackageNavigationHeated Seats
The car was the dealerships general manager's personal car and had approximately 7500 miles when I leased it. Currently the car has 21,500 miles. The total miles available on the lease without penalty is 43,470, about 1,450 a month or over 17,000 per year.
The lease runs through the end of September 2017, about 15 months. The car has a full warranty and full service for the remainder of the lease.
If you are comparing my car to a model year 2015 BMW, the scheduled maintenance for 2015's does not transfer to a second owner, so if you decide to take over the lease on a 2015 you will be responsible for maintenance.
I am not interested in any sort of sublease or anything like that, you will have to qualify for the lease with BMW financial services. There is a lease transfer fee you will be responsible for as well, of $500. Any questions please let me know. If you are interested in a purchase the buyout is $34,100.
