2005 BMW 6-Series Convertible Description

Let's get right to the point...the BMW 645ci convertible is not for the wallflower types. It stands out, draws attention, and creates discussion. The low, aggressive stance, the 19 inch wheels with ultra low profile tires, the 4.4L V8 growl spewing from the dual exhausts as you accelerate, the Transformers-like way the top folds and hides away...everything about this car screams "I've made it, and you haven't."
About this car specifically:
The Bad
Vehicle has a branded title - previous salvage from Texas, now rebuilt (Florida) and fully OK to register in any state. Car was hit on the passenger side and completely redone. Drives perfect, but it's buyer's responsibility to check on insurability, etc. I personally have never had any issues during ownership.
It's now 11 years old, and has the typical cosmetic imperfections of a car that age. Do not expect perfectly glossy paint free from chips, scratches, etc. Of note - small (less than dime sized) ding above fuel door. Approx 2 inch verticle scratch on driver's door. Other areas have been touched up from scratches, stone chips, etc. (I'll include a touch up kit with the car - has Titanium Silver Metallic paint plus clear coat).
Some bolster wear on both seats (can be seen in pics); driver's side is worse, obviously.
Some of the blackinterior coating is beginning to wear off high-touch surfaces. Also has one small (1/2") interior dig in theback seatfrom transporting a doll house that shifted during the move.
It will need rear tires in the near future. If the bidding crosses $12,500 I'll have new rears put on prior to delivery for the buyer. I don't use run flats because of the stiffer side wall and the fact that I have 24h roadside assistance through my insurance. This car has no spare or jack.
The Good - besides the fact that it's a convertible 6 series BMW
This car is loaded. Has the Sport package (19 inch wheels, aluminum interior trim, active and dynamic steering system), cold weather package (heated front seats and steering wheel, ski bag pass through from trunk), amazing Logic7 audio with 13 speakers, single disc in dash and 6 CD changer in glove box, SiriusXM ready (had a subscription but let it lapse). Power everything obviously, 2015 navigation discs, Bluetooth, voice control, no-touch power top, park distance control, rain sensing wipers, adaptive and self-leveling Xenon headlights with washers, and more. It also hauls @$$. 325HP, but it moves like it has more, particularly in "sport" mode, which adjusts throttle response, steering, suspension, and shift points to be significantly more aggressive. I have recently upgraded the brakes to slotted and drilled rotors with carbon/ceramic pads. Rotors will be good for as long as you own it, pads still show 10k miles till replacement. Oil just changed. Original owners manual included, original first aid kit still in trunk.
Car has a mere 73,615 as current mileage. May go up slightly due to usage.
The Best!!
This vehicle is covered for the next 24 months or 24,000 miles with a bumper to bumper warranty. This warranty covers everything in the car (including all hi-tech items) except items designed to wear out like tires, brakes, etc. This warranty is fully transferable to the buyer for a $50 fee (not mine, the company's). I can vouch for the quality of this warranty, as I have had 3 repairs completed during ownership and each time they paid without an issue, saving me over $9,000. It even covers a rental car for up to 5 days should a repair leave you without your vehicle. This means you can buy this car with complete peace of mind that you will incur NO unexpected repair costs during the first two years of your ownership; if you've ever owned a BMW you understand how expensive they are to fix. You may also be able to extend this warranty additional months/miles (at your expense) if you so choose. The plan in place is the Platinum coverage (expires 10/07/2018 or 97,950 miles, whichever arrives first) with a $250 deductible per occurrence; contract is W4VN8RX6.

Terms of Sale
Vehicle is sold as is. No warranties other than as described above apply. All sales are final. If you want to inspect the vehicle, the time to do so is PRIOR to bidding. If you win, you will be expected to complete the sale. Payment may only be made by wire transfer or cash. Sorry, too many issues with cashier's/bank checks these days. Title is lien-free and in my possession. Buyer will receive signed title and bill of sale upon payment.
