2006 BMW 5-Series Description

For sale is a 2006 BMW 530i in Dark Blue with Tan interior.We are the second owner. Bought the car when it had only 31xxx miles. Been in the family for the past 8 years.
The car has been well maintained and taken care of, oil changed every 3,000 miles with synthetic oil.Tires were replaced a few months ago. Also the whole cooling system including Radiator, Hoses, Electronic Pump, reservoir tankwere replaced about 3 months ago with all genuine BMW parts.Everything works and has a clean interior. The car does have somerock chips in the front on Bumper and hood, considering the age of the car.This car is being daily driven by my son in Orlando, Florida so miles will change. We are surprised to see this Autocheck report says MAJOR CHECK. (They are talking about the announcement at the auction that it had Frame Damage)When we bought the car 8 year ago, we took it to the Inspection place and they confirmed that it had a small accident and nothing major. If it had aMAJOR DAMAGE then how come we have a clear TITLE.
