1995 BMW 3-Series 325iC Description

I am selling my 1995 BMW 325i Convertible.
The good:
☻ It has only 99k miles! That is less then 4,800 miles a year average.
☻ This BMW has a clean title in hand. It does NOT have a salvage or missing title.
☻ Two owner BMW.
☻ Serviced by a BMW specialist.
☻ Have service records.
☻ Engine Oil and Filter changed recently.
☻ Smogged recently.
☻ 6 New OEM NGK spark plugs.
☻ 6 Rebuilt Bosch fuel injectors.
☻ Transmission shifts smoothly.
☻ Steering and suspension is nice, precise and tight.
☻ Brakes very well.
☻ New genuine BMW battery.
The bad
☺ Passenger side of hood and passenger fender peeled and was repainted poorly (the rest of the paint is original factory paint and is in good to very good condition.
☺ Original clear coat on front and rear bumpers peeling
☺ Top of rear seats have some small tears from being in the sun all these years.
☺ Arm rest leather is worn.
☺ ABS light on.
☺ Air bag light on. I think seat belt receptacle is bad. I bought another one. I will install it as soon as time permits and see if that takes care of the light.
☺ Power convertible soft top does not work (It can be opened and closed manually). It is in poor condition.
☺ Hard top headliner falling. I have pinned it temporarily until it can be fixed.
☺ Chrome delaminating from wheels.
☺ Bridgestone tires have a lot of tread, but are old and need to be replaced.☺ A/C does not blow cold air.
Other then that, the car has the normal wear and tear that a 21 year old classic car normally has.
