Our vehicles can not be driven away once purchased. You the buyer must follow your local state guidelines and regulations for inspection and registration of salvage title vehicles. Bring your mechanic, inspector, etc. We highly recommend that you the buyer have the car inspected by an independent mechanic.

Our vehicles are sold "As Is". As Is," this means that you the new owner accept the car in the condition it is in, and that the you the new owner will be responsible for any repairs that need to be done. Manufacturer's warranties do not apply. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

Deposit

The highest bidder will submit a $500 deposit within 24 hours to closing of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposits must be made through Paypal.

Payment of Balance Due:

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of closing of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

What is a Salvage title? A vehicle might be declared salvage when an owner or insurer determines that it will cost more to fix it after a collision than the vehicle is worth. A salvage title will be issued by the Motor Vehicle Commission, after which the vehicle can't be registered.

In most states there are certain steps that must be taken before you can legally register and drive the vehicle. You the buyer are responsible for these steps. We can guide you thought the process but please note each state differs.

We can provide vehicle identification number (VIN) confirmations, "before repair" photographs of the vehicle, insurance company damage reports, and bills of sales.

Repairing and retitling a salvage vehicle can be difficult, with a lot of paperwork involved, so be sure to keep all documents showing where you bought the parts you used to resuscitate the vehicle. Also take "before" photos as soon as you come into possession of the vehicle; you'll need them later when you have the repaired car inspected. You the buyer are required to obtain all of this information for your state inspection process. Thus, "after repair" photographs, invoices detailing parts used to repair your vehicle with "vin numbers".
