2001 BMW Z3 Description

I am the 3rd owner -purchased in'14 as a condo car-driven less than 3000 miles in 2 years. It drives very well -there are no issues with the engine or drive train.The body is straight-car has alway been in the south. There are no oil or coolant leaksThe tires-brakes-rotors-front-end bushings were replaced in '14 . There is a slight blem on left side of hood (I created the problem in the removal of tree sap -too aggressive and took off the clear coat) -i have an est of $600 to repaint which I would do if car was retained There is also a small scrape on the right rear (low) which could easily be fixed when the hood is done---The interior is vg -seats have no tears or rips -the seat belt guide is missing on the passenger side and the power seat motor on the passenger side should be replaced .All electronics, windows a/c work and there are no service or warning lightsThe top is tan -no rips or tears and the rear window is clear--a power top that works wellI am the only driver(sr male) and it has not been abused - always garaged-a real blast to drive. The reason for sale is I am selling the condo and will no longer have a need..It has a clean Fla title -no liens.
