• The car is in very nice condition. Most 3 series in this age group are in poor condition, this vehicle was well kept. The engine runs strong and quiet. The transmission shifts smooth. - The transmission has a short intermitten 2-3 second delay in taking off in Drive when the transmission is cold, such as leaving it sit overnight. The tranny is not leaking and it shifts perfect once it warms up.
• All the power windows, door locks and moonroof work and the A/C is ice cold.
• The exterior is in very nice condition. The rear bumper has a few small scratches and the paint is peeling on the left door mirror (see pictures)
• The interior is in very nice shape. Less than normal wear and tear.
• The tires and brakes are good
• The vehicle has passed the CA smog inspection.

Payment and Fees:

• Each vehicle will be charged a $65 doc fee on top of the winning bid.
• The deposit is non-refundable.
• A deposit must be made within 24-48 hours of winning bid.
• Deposit can be made using Paypal online. The balance of the winning bid and buyer fee will be paid at the time of pick up, if you are local.
• All payments, except the deposit, will need to be made by certified funds. This means: Only Cash, Cashiers check, or Money order can be accepted.

Delivery of your purchased vehicle:

• Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days of your winning bid.
• Please call to make arrangements if you are having difficulty picking up the vehicle.

Transport:

• We offer nationwide transport services to all our buyers, and can deliver vehicles to a port for international buyers. Please call us or email for a quote.
