2009 BMW 335d 6 cyl Diesel
2009 BMW 3-Series Description
I bought this car as a pleasure driving vehicle but I don't really don't drive it much and could now really use the garage space. I paid $1,500 for four (4) brand new run flat tires and about a month later, hit a pot hole and cracked a rim. It is repairable but I really didn't like the rims anyway. I ended up buying four (4) factory chrome BMW wheels, the tires on the back are almost new, the tires on the front should probably be replaced soon. The positive offset of the wheels give it a reallyaggressivelook, but as the springs have 100,000 miles on them, every now and then, as you hit a hard bump, the tires rub the fenders. You can fix the one cracked wheel and drive it as is or you can replace the four (4) coil springs and leave the wider rims and tires that are on it now. To be clear, the rims and tires pictured in the photos are included as well as another set of stock wheels and brand new tires, one of which is cracked.
The car runs great, there is no rust anywhere on the car as it was garaged for almost its entire life. The underside is extremely clean as is the interior. As you can see from the photos, the seats are in excellent condition and it was very well cared for. I have a car fax report that shows that the car was maintained most of its life at the dealership it was purchased from. I personally replaced the rear shocks and the rear NO2 sensor. The car was in a minor fender bender that left some scratches on the rear bumper that can be seen in one of the photos. It never bothered me enough to fix it. The windows were professionally tinted and the car has been checked over thoroughly by a BMW only shop and found to be in perfectmechanicalcondition other than what was stated here within.
Don't be fooled by it being a diesel; this is not the watered down 4 cylinder made after 2010. This car really moves. With the paddle shifters and the manual shift option, this car is a lot of fun to drive. With the wider tires on it, it grabs and holds the road like it's on rails. I don't necessarily need to sell the car, would just like the space in the garage.
If you are local and would like to take a look at the car in person, please let me know and I'll be happy to show it to you.
