2008 BMW 3-Series Description

This outstanding car has been my weekly commuter for over a year and it is easily one of the best driving experiences out there. With plenty of power, luxury and comfort, this car will get you where you want to go with style. Over 300 HP inline six and a dual stage turbo system with no noticeable lag, this car is quick and runs tight through the turns. All the while getting about 25 MPG under mixed driving conditions and about 28 on the highway. I have three BMWs and this option configuration is very hard to find. The only reason I am selling this one is I'm trying to buy a house.
Mechanical Condition
I've kept this 335i in great shape and its been regularly serviced at a very reputable local shop. There are no known mechanical issues. The car starts runs and drives as it should. Only synthetic oil changes. AGM battery. Replaced control arms last year for solid cornering. Completely stock with no modifications of any kind. The shop reported a small oil leak coming from the filter and pan gasket, but this isn't significant enough to justify the repair cost. Brakes are solid but will need replacement in about 6000 miles according to the system. Clutch is firm and shifts with no issues. Tires have good tread left and keep the car stuck to the road just fine. Recently replaced all of the coolant hoses as one was starting to leak. Here was the inspection report from the shop about 3 months ago:
Front brake pads at 2mm
Rear brake pads at 3mm
Front tires at 10/32"
Rear tires at 11/32"
The oil filter housing is leaking.
There is a possible leak at the oil pan but recommend starting with initial repairs.
Body Condition
This is an eight year old BLACK car so expect some wear as shown in the pictures. There are some swirls and light scratches in the paint. Two very small (dime size) dings on passenger side rear quarter panel, (hard to see and I couldn't get a picture to come out). One long scratch on the hood by the emblem. One small chip on the drivers side rear quarter panel. One scuff on the rear driver wheel well. Windshield has a chip about the size of a pencil eraser. Scuff on the drivers door. Wheels all have some curb rash. Since it is difficult to completely see these subtle issues in my pictures, I have taken some additional detail shots that I can send upon request if you are really concerned. I'm also trying to highlight all of the negatives and allow the pictures to illustrate that this a completely straight and nice looking car.
Interior Condition
Seats are in great shape with no rips or tears. Passenger side door panel has some wear in the leather as seen in the detail picture. Driver side door panel has paint flaking off on the door pull (as is very common). Steering wheel has paint flaking off on the left side (as is also very common). Driver and passenger side seat belt push arm is broken (just the plastic piece, they both move as they should). iDrive knob is missing the rubber edging. Again, trying to emphasize the negatives so there are no disappointments and let the pictures tell the rest of the story.
