2016 BMW 2-Series M2 Description

2016 BMW M2 - Just about brand spanking new !! Long Beach Blue, 6 Speed Manual Transmission, Executive Package, and Black Front Grills with less than 200 miles. We've decided to put on quite a sizable addition to our home and the boss says the car has to go.
I should be able to release the car possibly at the very end of this week or hopefully no later than (8/5) since I'm waiting on arrival of title. I have proof of title application and a copy of the certificate of origin.
Keep in mind, the scheduled maintenance is no longer transferable as of model year 2015 - You can purchase a Schedule Maintenance Refresh for like $700 from an authorized BMW Dealer .
Please don't contact me looking to haggle on the price. We're all busy individuals and frankly not willing to sell the vehicle for anything less than my asking price.
I am willing to take the car off the road for a $1,000 non-refundable deposit until such time I get the title to release it. Sorry, there are alot of wanna be's and individuals who like to waste others timel thus the non-refundable deposit - just looking for a serious buyer and clean transaction.
I currently only have 110 miles on the car and anticipate maybe 250 or so by the time I receive the title.
Buyer is fully responsible for picking up the vehicle and/or coordinating shipping.
