The color is called "Black Sapphire Metallic", and it looks fantastic on this car.

The exterior is in very good shape. The paint shines all around and there are no notable dents or dings. Carfax shows no accident history or any other problems. Carfax also notes 23 service records.

Exterior features include 17" alloy wheels, Xenon headlamps and fog lamps.

The interior is also in remarkable condition - no holes or tears in the leather seats, no stains, no odors, no burn marks. The seats have not been re-dyed or repaired - they are in very good original condition.

Both front seats have power controls with lumbar. The driver's seat also has memory settings.

The rear seat is in great shape.

Rear passengers have their own A/C vents and controls.

This BMW comes with power windows, locks and mirrors; remote entry. push-button start, auto dual-zone climate control; tilt and telescopic wheel, trip computer / driver info center;cruise control; auto headlamps, and more.

The "Bamboo Anthracite" wood trim looks fantastic.

The StepTronic automatic transmission also has a sequential manual shift mode.

Audio, climate control and, trip information andvehicle settings are accessed using controls on the center console in conjunction with a LCD screen in the dash.

This 535i also has a power glass moonroof with a sliding sun shade,

Other features include BMW Assist SOS system and a HomeLink gate/garage opener.

There's no sign that this car was ever smoked in - no burn marks, no smoke odors, and the lighter looks like it was never used.

The trunk is clean, just like the rest of the car.

The 3.0 liter I6 runs strong and smooth. Its rated at 300 hp and 300 lb-ft of torque.

The wheels are very good to excellent - we found just a couple of small marks. (that's actually pretty remarkable - we see quite a few BMWs with more than their share of curb rash and gouges)

This car has 111,810 actual miles on it. It could be driven, so mileage might be a little higher by the time the auction is over.

We are a licensed and bonded auto dealer in Florida.

Please read my description and all other information completely and view all the pictures carefully before you bid on this auction to ensure you are knowledgeable about the vehicle you are bidding on. The vehicle description above is for informational and narrative purposes only. We have made a diligent effort to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of the description. All of our vehicles are available for inspection and test drive, and we encourage you to do so. When buying a used car, one should expect a certain amount of wear, use and flaws that one would not expect from buying a new car. Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. Payment and Fees

We will add a $199 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee.

If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding.
You may pay the purchase price in cash, with a cashiers or certified check or wire transfer. If you are the winner, a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. Final payment is expected within 72 hours (3 days) of auction's end. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid

If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees.

If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%.
