2011 BMW 3-Series xDrive M-Sport Description

Up for sale is my 2011 BMW 335Xi.
This is my personal car and I am the second owner. I bought this car two years ago. The car has the Alpine White paint with a Terracotta Brown Dakota Leather interior, and is in excellent condition inside and out.
Everything in this car is in correct working order as in the moment it left the factory, without exceptions. There are no warning lights on the dashboard, all lights work as they should, and all switches and knobs operate as they were intended to.
Maintenance records are available from my years of ownership, and may have some additional info from prior owner available from the Superior BMW of NWA service department. The title is clean and the Carfax shows no accident history.

Exterior:
The paint on the car is in really good condition. It shines deeply and has no significant damage anywhere on the car. It has been washed & waxed regularly since I got it, and always parked indoors. The wheels and tires are in great condition with most of tread life left.
I have upgraded the headlight angel eyes with better bulbs, which provides much better lighting than the originals in this model (which are yellow).
Having spent the last 3 winters in here in southern states, it has rarely ever seen snow and definitely no salt roads here in the mid-south. However, there are some imperfections to be mentioned:
- the hood and front bumper have few small paint chips due to highway road rocks
Interior:
The interior of this car is in perfect shape. I always strive to keep our cars clean at all times, and this one is no exception. There are absolutely no tears or scratches on the leather. Dakota Leather is the perfect combination of breathable and durable, and looks great on the sport seats. There isn't even minimal wear on the front seats, and none on the back seats. There are no stains or damage on the carpet or headliner. No one has ever smoked inside this car.
Power seat adjustments work in all directions and for all functions for both driver and passenger seats, as do the heated seats.
All interior lights work, all switches and Radio/HVAC buttons and dials function the way they should. The dashboard and instrument panel are in perfect condition, clean and with no scratches. Navigation is up to date and provides accurate voice and visual directions.
Door panels are clean as well, with no scratches or damage. The factory floor mats are in good condition, except for the driver mat that is a bit worn. I have the two key fobs, and the original manual is in the glove box.
Drivetrain:
The car currently has something over 84,000 miles. It has been serviced regularly with oil changes and lubrication, and I have done some preventive work on it myself:
- New OEM thermostat and water pump @ 80k miles
- New brake pads @ 81k miles
- New Continental Conti DWS2 @ 78k miles
- New Koni struts & springs lowering 1 inch @ 76k miles
The car runs smooth at highway speeds, shifts are as soft as expected, and brakes are firm.
