2001 BMW 7-Series 740 iL Description

Pure California “top-of-the-line,” long-wheel base, luxury BMW with Tinted Windows and Sport Package originally shipped to California and always owned, garaged and meticulously maintained in California.I became the “second owner” after this BMW was transferred to me in 2008 from family on the Peninsula south of San Francisco.

Just-serviced, this BMW 740iL reads approximately 137,250 “original” miles on its odometer – an average of 9,150 miles per year and well under the standard 15,000 miles normally driven per year. The tinted-glass “black beauty” long wheel base sedan is a non-smoker and free of any/all odors. No animal has ever been in this 740iL.

Interior is rich black leather remains in excellent condition with handsome burl walnut finishes.Black floor mats were replaced just last year.

New front brakes just installed and license plate light replaced.

This 740iL is being sold only because I am moving to a home without a garage for the first time in my life.

Please email me for a free CARFAX Report that will document the meticulous maintenance that this BMW consistently has received.

Please note that annual maintenance costs are less than annual lease payments for a Toyota!

Please also note that this BMW 740iL is surprisingly gas efficient in spite of using Caliifornia premium gas.

I draw your attention to the following YouTube video that discusses another 2001 BMW 740iL but one less elegant, in my humble opinion, since it is not BLACK on BLACK like mine: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dAGaPCBV_eQ
