This E46 body style ran from 2001 to 2006. Some people who aren't familiar with BMW’s think this one is newer than a 2006. Very low miles considering that 225,000 is average for this year.

Being a M3 means this one is designed with upgraded options and capabilities over the standard 3 series. This is a true sports car. This was Car And Driver Magazine’s top choice when it was new. It beat the Porsche 911 Carrera and the Corvette Z06.

Everything works. As far as I can tell the Air Filter is the only non factory part. This is a clean and well maintained car. Always garage kept. No leaks.

Convertible top is in great condition, no leaks and operates as it should.

Power heated seats with driver memory positions. Illuminated six speed shift knob. Harmon Kardon sound system. I had a shop install a discreet AUX Input to the factory stereo system behind the cup holder under the arm rest.. Always performed maintenance on time and always used premium 91 octane or higher fuel.

6 Speed gearbox oil and power steering fluid changed about 8,000 miles ago.

New rear LED Taillights.

Staggered wheels. New tires front and rear. Nankang on the rear and Dunlop on the front, all less than a year old and less than 4,000 miles on them.

Excellent to drive. Lots of power and superb handling.

Includes BMW shop manual, oil, belts etc.

NADA Value: $11,050 as of 8/13/16.

This car is in St. George, Utah, (Zip Code 84790) which is 2 hours north of Las Vegas, 4 hours south of Salt Lake City. There is an airport in St. George in case you choose to drive it home. It is listed for sale locally and is available until it is sold.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction via wire transfer.

The remaining balance is due within 96 hours of end of auction and needs to be paid via wire transfer to my bank. Bank wire info will be promptly sent to highest bidder after close of auction.
