2008 BMW 3-Series 335i Description

2008 BMW 335i sedan, 77k-mi, sport package, black paint on black leather, heated seats, navigation, Logic7 sound system, automatic transmission with paddle shifters, twin-turbo 300hp I6 engine, love the car but I'm moving and I don't need a car anymore. Reserve price reflects minor accident; I have the repair records and the car has been great the whole time. Bought from Sterling BMW in Newport Beach and maintained by them the whole time I owned it. Make me an offer...

Some updates:

I had forgotten this when I posted the ad, but a couple years ago I purchased an extended coverage plan that covers some of the powertrain and other items on the car, and I confirmed today that this is transferable and should be valid until Sept 29, 2016. This covers the powertrain (engine & transmission), A/C & cooling systems, brakes, fuel system, steering, electrical, etc. There would only be a month left, and the transfer process looks like it may take a little time, but I would be happy to work with the buyer to take the car to a local shop of their choice, let their mechanic check out the car, and if there was anything to be done then whatever would be covered under the coverage plan we could fix through the plan while the car was in my name. I could drop the car off at a shop somewhere near LAX on Monday (Aug 29) and then anything that would be done would should be able to be completed by Friday (Oct 3), when I get back in town from a business trip.

In order to make sure that things go smoothly with the transfer I will be going to get the car smogged tomorrow morning. I will post confirmation of the results once that is complete, but the car is in great shape and I don’t anticipate any issues.

As mentioned above, I will be out of town on business until Friday, but then would plan to meet the buyer and perform the title transfer etc anytime next Friday (Oct 3).
