I purchased this vehicle CERTIFIED in October, 2015 from my local BMW dealer with 21,486 miles. This vehicle is in excellent condition with low miles and a remaining warranty until 09/2017. This vehicle comes with a 6 Speed Automatic Transmission with O/D, auto manual, AWD standard, and a 3.0 Liter V-6 Engine.
This vehicle comes with Premium Package and Sport Package. The Title is clear and I am only the second owner of vehicle. It has been well maintained from the dealership through the entirety of its existence.
Certified Warranty is through the manufacturer BMW. The certified warranty was originally for 2 years/50,000 miles and it expires 09/2017. It is eligible to be transferred in private to private consumer transactions by filling out a transfer application and mailing it to BMW. I will fill out the seller portion and provide the fee for transfer. However, filling out the buyer portion, providing proof of ownership documents, and mailing it to BMW is the BUYER'S responsibility. You have 60 days to transfer from when the ownership change takes place.
