1995 BMW 3-Series 318ti Description

THIS CAR WILL NEED TO BE TOWED AT BUYERS EXPENSE.
The car has an engine oil leak and the car has sat in my garage for the past 4 years, then pushed outside and sat for about 10 months. So there is no motor oil left in the engine but the car did run before I stopped driving it.
It hasn't been driven because I bought a new car after getting tired of the oil stains on the driveway and garage. I put a pan underneath to catch the oil leak, returned the plates to DMV and took off insurance coverage on it. I planned to fix her up someday but I've changed my mind.
SOME OTHER THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE PURCHASE.
I have been told by the last mechanic that looked at the oil leak that the engine cover cannot be tightened well because they are stripped on the insides. Not the screws or bolts but the inside where it holds the screws or bolts.
The clutch is worn and needs to be replaced.
It pops out of third gear sometimes when driving hard.
The windshield wiper fluid tank has a hole somewhere eventually leaks everything out and it's also missing the cover. See picture.
The stereo is not stock and it doesn't fit flush with the dash. Previous owner had it installed so I'm not sure what the issue is. It worked, then it stopped one day too. Never bothered to get it fixed.
There is an after market alarm and radar detector installed by the previous owner and the wire that powers the radar detector has been routed under the dashboard and sticks out by the drivers side. See picture.
The cigarette lighter sticks and does not pop out once heated. You can remove it though and the entire part is also loose from the dash. I advise not using it. I don't smoke so it never bothered me enough to fix it.
NOW FOR THE PROS!
It's a genuine 318ti Club Sport with all factory body parts including the M3 style mirrors! The motor is not working for one of mirrors though so you have to manually adjust the viewing angle.
The interior is all factory Club Sport. It has the red and black Millpoint interior.
As far as I know it has the original limited slip differential that came with the car. I never touched it and was told by the previous owner that everything is original on the car.
Both window regulators are working and have no issues to my knowledge. The sunroof also works without issues.
I replaced the stock rims with BMW style 42 rims. They look way better in my opinion. One of the tires has a slow leak so the pictures shows the rear tire with a flat. Rims are not bent.
I replaced the shift knob with a BMW genuine walnut wood shift knob. Feel nice and clean with every shift!
The tool set under the hatch appears to be complete.
Car's original manual is included.
There is very little rust.

UPDATE.
New pictures added for interested parties.
Rust spot by the passenger door hinge area.
The lack of rust on the front sway bar mounts at the frame!
Rust on the hood latch mechanism that makes the hood not lock completely when closed. It still locks initially so it won't open up unless you press on the mechanism but it has difficulty closing and locking completely.
