1968 Buick Skylark Custom Coupe 2-Door Description

Up for sale is this very nicely done Skylark street car. This Buick has the ultimate sleeper look and plenty of power, all while remaining a great street car. A lot of time and money went into the restoration of this car. As you can see, the paint and body on this car is unbelievable and straight as an arrow. It has a fiberglass hood and panels of this car have been painstakingly weight relieved. The underside of the trunk lid and the inner fenders have been professionally and flawlessly weight relieved. The car features a 383 Stroker with Dart heads and Jesel rocker Arms. Sitting on top is a Weiand blower. It has a built 400 transmission with a 4500 stall converter. This Skylark has turned 11.90s in the quarter. The drivetrain ismeticulously fine-tuned, due to the fact that the owner is a professional engine builder. This car also has a killer stance! It has 2 rear control arms in the front, disc brakes all the way around, Strange axles, and a Ford 9" with a 3.50 posi unit. The car has an 8 point roll cage. This car was built to be able to pass tech at the track but still have all the perks and comfort of a street car. The interior is original with the exception of the front bucket seats and it's in beautiful condition. This Skylark also has an aggressive sounding 3" exhaust system and sits on a pair of street slicks in the rear.
