Buick Century 2002 silver 4D runs perfect-no accident-clear title--EBAY mistaken

Here is the very good...71, 700 original miles and never in an accident. The bad.....the inside could use more cleaning. We cleaned it ok. The drivers side rear view mirror works great, but the outside black cover of the mirror is broken off. There is a bend in the front fender where it meets the drivers door.PLease see photo close-up. It was pounded out and lookedperfect at one point, butwe don't know how to get the door to line-up right. We are not car people. The drivers sidedoor seems to have shifted for some unknown reason. This car runs and drives beautufully. Ice cold Ai, Full size spare tire. The trunk is in perfect shape, inside & out, etc. It just needs TLC. Purchased from a dealership a bit over a year and a half ago. It was in pristine condition. Paid over 6K for it. It has a FL salvage /rebuildable title. The title is clean or clear...however you say it. The title is in our name, not the insurance company. TheISSUE isREGISTERING this car in Florida.The FL. inspection people said we had to pound out or replace the front fender in order to register the car. This would probably not be an issue in another state. The car has no issues as far as how it runs and drives.
