2005 Cadillac CTS CTS-V Description

2005 Cadillac CTS V

This Cadillac is like new. We bought it with 11,000 miles in 2007 from the Original owner. It currently has 28,000 Miles driven by people in their 40s-50s and is well taken care of. This is my Wife’s car and she is getting tired of the manual shifting. The original Owner had professionals install long tube headers and hi-flow cats, with a hi-flow air cleaner installed in 2005 and had it dyno at 375 hp at the axle. It has a Corsa exhaust system put on as well. This car performs well and sounds good. It is quiet when you want it to be but when you wake her up she lets her throatiness known. And believe me it turns heads. The car comes with all the options as they all do for this year. Black suede and heated leather seats, 6 CD changer with satellite radio and Navigation system, Factory Drilled Brake disc, Tinted Windowswith S.S. trim added by original owner, sun & moon roof. These cars come with 4 link suspension and the corvette motor. Because it is 4 doors, insurance is cheaper. Everything is kept up on the car with all oil changes on schedule. I have replaced over the years Tires, Battery, Trunk Shocks, Navigation DVD, Sun roof control, Arm rest. I have the Original air Box and Window Sale sticker which in 2005 went for $53,000 and a few receipts from original owner. I bought this car in Texas in 2007 and it passed California smog then. ” THIS CAR WILL NOT PASS CALIFORNIA SMOG NOW”. California now wants a label on the catalectic converter that verifies California compliance. I have this car registered in a smog free county so it is not a big deal for me (The Smog will be your responsibility. It is about $2400 to change it back). As for myself, I would not change a thing, the performance and sound is very satisfying and will stimulate your adrenaline.
