I am listing this for a very close family friend who simply has no use for the vehicle any longer and is looking to divest.
You are bidding on a 2011 Cadillac Escalade in very good condition. While a higher mileage example with 160K on the odometer, the vehicle has been very well maintained and is sure to provide style, class and sophistication for many years to come.
This Escalade ESV is loaded with the following standard and optional features: Road-sensing suspension, automatic rear leveling, ultrasonic rear park assist, power liftgate and remote vehicle starting. Inside are leather-covered 14-way power heated front seats, heated fold-and-tumble second-row seats, three-passenger third-row seating, tri-zone automatic climate system, steering wheel radio controls, rear audio controls, power adjustable pedals, DVD navigation with MP3/CD-changer, rear backup camera, Bose Surround Sound and rear-seat LCD monitor, XM Satellite Radio and OnStar with Turn-by-turn navigation, 22-inch tires on chromed aluminum wheels, power retractable running boards, a power sliding sunroof, and a Luxury Package (Blind-spot Alert, IntelliBeam headlamps, power center seat release, heated and cooled front seats and a heated steering wheel).
The vehicle has just completed a multi point inspection and service with 2 new tires at Sewell Cadillac in Houston and the only item that was identified and not repaired was a non-working front headlight. A new headlight has been purchased and will be included with the vehicle.
This vehicle shows the typical scratches and wear/tear that you would expect to see from a vehicle of this year and mileage. A pre-buy inspection is welcome and encouraged at the buyer's expense and we will assist in both coordinating this and assisting the buyer with coordinating transport at the buyer's expense as well.
This vehicle is sold "as is/where is" with no warranty expressed or implied.
A deposit of $500.00 is due within 24 hours of auction close and full payment within 5 business days via wire transfer or cashier's check only. If payment is tendered via cashier's check then please allow 7 days before arranging shipping to allow the check to clear. There is a lien on the vehicle that will need to be satisfied prior to the title being released to the buyer.
