2013 Cadillac CTS Description

It's time to let go of my 2013 CTS-V and make room for a new toy. The car is in excellent condition inside and out,The engine was rebuilt less then 2k miles ago and was tuned on 8/2/2016. The interior is in great shape with only a few smallblemishes,And the exterior has a few very small light scratches that are almost impossible to see - The car is daily driven so mileage will increase as the listing go's on.The carfax is clean with no accidents and i am the second owner. I have the receipt of the engine build that i included with the pictures,The total was $6000

Full disclosure of the engine build
The car was completely stock for 43k miles. I then had everything that is currently installed all done at the same time to save money on the labor of the install. The engine had scoring on some of the cylinder walls and it needed to be honed,So after honing the cylinder walls they also checked the bearings,pistons,Rods etc - To make sure everything was in perfect working order - The bearings,Pistons and rods were in perfect condition so we kept them. Every gasket and seal were replaced during the engine build. They listed everything in detail on the receipt that i provided

The car currently has a Lein on it from island federal credit union which is my bank here in New york.If paid in cash they will give me a release the same day,All the options besides cash will be between 3-7 days to get a release from the bank

Similar cars are selling for 47-50k with this much work - I priced the car to sell and don't expect to get anywhere near what i put into it back
The engine rebuild alone cost me $6000

The car was recently tuned by Dave Steck and it made 766whp on E75,It runs and drives like stock while driving around town but is a monster once you get into it. It is easily a 9 second capable car..It has a flex fuel sensor and can be driven on anything from 93 octane to E90. The sensor will automatically adjust timing based on the fuel the car is running..I have never tracked the car as its my daily,I build all my cars and enjoy them doingspiriteddriving here and there.The engine was rebuilt last month and every seal and gasket wasreplaced,Heads were cleaned etc - 30k + invested
All the performance parts have less then 3k miles and the supercharger was replaced by the dealer a few months back before i had it ported.. The supercharger has less then 2k miles as well.So itstechnically brand new ! -The ONLYnegative things on the car are all cosmetic which i will list below (If you fixed the slight curbing and re powder coated the rims,Re sprayed the front bumper and swapped out the passenger bumper molding - Repair would cost less then $700 easily)
1- Front bumper has a small crack on the bottom directly in the middle of it
2 - Some of the rims have slight curb rash and need to be powdercoated. I sprayed the curb rash with plastidip and unless you are up close you can't really tell
3- Bottom splitter on the passenger side needs to be replaced (Or buy a 1 piece and call it a day)
4- Very small mark on drivers door and light scratches near door handle
5 -I have Conti DW tires on the front and OEM Michelin tires on the rear
Front tires have - 90 % Tread leftRear tires have - 70 % Tread Left
