2008 Cadillac STS STS-V Description

I am selling my 2008 Cadillac STS-V. It is a 469HP RWD supercharged sedan with roughly 68k miles (driven daily), Raven black with a black suede and leather interior. Clean title in hand (paid off) with no known accidents or anything or the sort. I am the second owner (the car spent it's life in TX before I purchased it and shipped it up here... closest clean 2008 I could find). I believe I have owned it for almost 4 years (longest I've owned any car).
If you know this model, you know that every one came fully loaded - in fact, the only option you could select was to delete the moon roof (but please note this one does have the moon roof). Some of the features include a heads up display that projects information onto the windshield (speed, temperature, climate control, etc), heated seats and steering wheel, navigation, 6-disc in dash DVD changer, auto high beams and wipers, factory remote start, push button start, blind zone assist, lane departure warning, Bluetooth and aux audio/video inputs, motorized headlight sprayers, garage door opener, tint, and the list goes on and on. A lot of these features did not even make it into the newest CTS-V... it truly is fully loaded.
Mechanically, everything is in great shape. There are no known mechanical or electrical issues, nor are there any leaks or the like. Oil changes were done before schedule with Mobil 1 synthetic, then I switched to Royal Purple synthetic. Maintenance was done on or before schedule. Fuel was ALWAYS 91 or 93 octane. All scheduled maintenance, past tire changes, has been completed by MacMulkin Cadillac and H&M Motorsports in New Hampshire. The rims (stock, staggered 18" in front and 19" in rear from the factory) currently have Hancook V12 tires mounted on them; the rears are nearly new, but the fronts need to be replaced. Some of the pictures are with the winter rims (more on this below) which are not included but are negotiable.
Cosmetically, there is a dent and some paint missing from the lower front splitter at the very bottom of the front bumper (the previous owner told me he bumped into a concrete blocker while pulling into a parking spot, please see photos). It didn't bother me, so I never had it redone. Also, there are a couple nicks from normal driving scenarios, and a small missing paint spot on the roof (pictured as well)... besides that, everything else is great considering the age and mileage. The interior has no issues whatsoever except normal floor mat wear (again, please see pictures).
Minor upgrades done that come with the car (nothing was toyed with mechanically):- Side tow hook mount license plate bracket - was $75 - I think it looks great, and since NH is a two-plate-state, it avoided me having to drill the center of the bumper to put a "normal" mount on.- Hardwired Bluetooth Escort radar detector wired with a mute button near the steering wheel and power connection behind the rear view - was $150 installed - works with any Escort radar detector and is wired to the ignition (all aux ports on the car stay powered when the car is off). Radar detector itself is not included, but can be purchased if you so wish.- Full interior and exterior LED swap - was $150 for the kit - also believe it looks great... nice cool blue light makes the interior feel a lot brighter and more modern. I can also include the old bulbs in case you wanted to swap back.- Tinted Vent Visors - $80 - obviously stay with the car. All are in good shape and are still attached.- Centric High Carbon Cryo-Treated Rotors and Hawk Performance Ceramic brake pads - $220 for the rotors plus $120 for the pads, plus labor - made a huge difference in stopping power as well as brake dust.- Rear brake lights - the rear tail lights were replaced with new OEM Asian GM/Cadillac clear lens amber/red brake/turn signals ordered directly from a GM dealer in Asia at a cost of $1600. I have the original OEM US market lights can be swapped back in at the time of sale if you wish.
Not included but for sale:- Winter rims - Some of the recent pictures show the car on aftermarket set of 18" (all around) rims with Blizzak snow tires mounted from the winter. We could work something out if you wanted to purchase the winter tires/rims (the offset and 6-lug pattern make them relatively hard to find). Please note that the previous owner of the winter rims said that they have TPMS sensors in them, but I never got them to sync correctly (the factory/summer rims' TPMS sensors work without issue). I understand depending where this car ends up (or if you're lucky enough to be able to garage it for the winter), the winter rims are not needed so I can sell separately.
I've tried to be as detailed as possible about my baby... the only reason I'm selling it is having to commute to and from Burlington MA for a new job and not wanting to run the mileage up on this soon-to-be collectible car that I love so much... if I could, I would park it, but I can't afford to and don't want to see it degrade over time as cars do that aren't used often.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to message me. If you'd like to talk further, please include your cell phone number and a good time to call. I would be willing to help as much as possible with coordinating shipping, but the car is sold as-is, where-is. Also, please note I am not a mechanic, but have stated as much as I can regarding the car's condition.
This 2008 STS-V is 1 out of 427 produced domestically (an additional 32 were exported) in 2008, a highly desirable year due to a couple of issues being fixed that were present in the 2006 and 2007s.
From Wikipedia:"The STS-V sports a supercharged 4.4 L version of the Northstar V8, certified by the SAE to produce 469 hp (350 kW) and 439 lb·ft (595 N·m). This engine is mated to a driver-adjustable automatic transmission with two shifting modes, larger brakes by Brembo, larger 10 spoke alloy wheels (18"x8.5" front, 19"x9.5" rear), Pirelli run-flat tires, a faster steering ratio, and a stiffer suspension than the standard STS. The engine block and cylinder heads are aluminum, the camshafts are cast iron, and the crankshaft is forged steel. Suspension is fully independent and there are four settings for the traction control system and stability control. Also, different from the standard STS, the STS-V has a cooler for the rear differential oil located on the underside of the car behind the 3rd member."
