This is a Beautiful looking Rear-Wheel-Drive 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham in Dark Green Gray Metallic with the Tan Leather interior. There has been only one meticulous owner since 2002. This Cadillac has been garage kept and has 64,225 original miles. We have both sets of the original keys & remotes.

This Fleetwood runs and drives beautifully, and there aren’t any service warning lights on. All of the power equipment and everything is working properly including the air conditioning, power antenna, and power trunk closer.

The exterior of this Cadillac is in terrific condition. The paint is super glossy and clean over the entire body. The top is in excellent condition without any nicks or perforations. There isn’t any body rust at all. Both of the bumpers and all of the lower chrome trim is just about flawless without any dents scrapes or other damage. All of the lower impact strips are in perfect condition and not faded. The alloy wheels are all bright and clean without any curb rash or scrapes. The undercarriage is in terrific condition and not rusted or damaged.

The interior of this Fleetwood has been well maintained and is in excellent condition. All of the the leather seats are soft and supple with only very slight wear. The carpeting is fluffy and clean throughout this car. There aren’t any holes in any of the seats or carpeting. All of the trim panels and trim pieces are intact, tight and in terrific condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this Cadillac.

We performed a maintenance service, road test and safety inspection on this Cadillac in preparation for sale. The 5.7L engine runs very strong and smoothly, and the automatic transmission shifts perfectly. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. The matching set of tires are almost brand new, and there are brand new brakes on this car. The oil & filters were replaced last week. This Fleetwood is ready to be picked up and driven anywhere.

The vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage, and we have the clear title in hand. This is a beautiful looking and excellent running Cadillac that should provide outstanding service for many years to come.

PAYMENT:

A 10% deposit (minimum $500) is due 24 hours of auction completion. We accept Paypal for the deposit only. The balance is due within seven days. Pickup of the vehicle is within ten days of auction completion.

The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Deposit down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms.

WARRANTY:

This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles.

The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. There will be no liens or encumbrances on the title. The stated odometer reading is within +/- 500 miles.

Please check with us before scheduling your vehicle pickup.We are not a retail dealership, so it is very important to coordinate your arrival with us before finalizing your plans. We are available from 8AM to 3PM weekdays, and are closed on weekends.

We are approximately 15-minutes from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), the Amtrak 30th Street Train Station, and the Greyhound Philadelphia Bus Station. We may be able to pick you up at any of these terminals, so please inquire if interested.

REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES:

Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs.

Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own.

Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received.

All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter).

We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
