1973 Cadillac Eldorado Base Hardtop 2-Door Description

1973 Cadillac Eldorado with 59k original miles. 501ci V8 with an automatic transmission. The color of the car is Saturn Bronze Fire Mist (GM#99). This is the only year they used this optional premium color. The dash and carpet are brown and the seats and headlineris white.

I did a lot of work on this car to make it very reliable and a dream to drive, I drive it every day. New brakes, ball joints, new sway bar links and bushings, new tires and front alignment, battery, starter, alternator, power steering pump and steering damper shock absorber, new belts, radiator and hoses, new heater hoses and a new fuel pump. The brakes were all replaced and any line that looked weak as well. The AC is ICE COLD! I had it converted to R34 and serviced by a professional with all leaks corrected and high-pressure hose replaced, climate control works great. Runs and drives like a new car, it is very smooth and a pleasure to drive. I drive it daily as it is my main mode of transportation at this time, I put 4,000 miles on it over this summer and I just changed the oil last month at 58,300 miles. The things that don’t work are, cruise control, radio and power antenna.

This car originally belonged to a retired man who lived in Pennsylvania in a building with a heated garage. The car was always kept inside and never driven in the snow and is in excellent shape, there is no rust anywhere. The bumpers, trim and glass are in excellent shape. Vinyl top is also 100% no rips or tears very nice white color for 43 years old. Inside is super clean, thedash is 100% no cracks. Front seat has small cracks in the leather from age but the back seat and headliner are excellent. No sage in door hinges, same as new. Floors and trunk solid no rust. Carpeting in car and trunk same as new. Original floor mats are still in place.

This car is a head turner. I always get a thumbs up and compliments every time I drive it. This car is a time warp, it looks and drives as it would have in 1973. It was well maintained and cared for with lots of love.

I need a truck for work so I would like to find a good home and owner to sell this car however I’m not desperate for a sale. If it does not sell I will install an aftermarket stereo system and keep the car for myself for the summer time.
