GUARANTEE TERMS: I offer a 60 day 50/50 limited warranty on all internal driveline components. This includes engine, transmission and differential only, no external parts such as belts, hoses, alternators, etc. It does cover 50% of the cost of the parts if something goes wrong with the powertrain. It does not, I repeat, it does not cover labor fees! Vehicles sold on eBay are for the most part "Sold as Is." My 60 day 50/50 Limited Guarantee is my small way of offering a little peace of mind to show my appreciation when buying from me. There is no extra charge for this guarantee!

Warranties & Guarantees: As is customary, the car is being sold “As Is,”
Dealer Fee: There is a standard $199 deal fee for all necessary documents and paperwork. Sales tax is not collected for vehicles sold outside of State only if the vehicle is transported from my location. If you are planning to drive the car away to another state and required a temp tag, then I have to collect the sales tax rate for that particular state. However, if you register and bring your own tag a head of time, then I don't have to collect taxes either. Please call if you need more information. These things may seem a bit confusing, but I've done it numerous times so I can help with the process!!
Required Deposit: A $500 deposit is due within 24 hours from the end of the auction and is payable through Pay Pal. In special cases, the deposit may be refundable but ONLY at my discretion. I cannot accept balance through Pay Pal because Electronic Tracking is required to maintain Pay Pal Buyer/Seller Guarantees.

Out of Town Buyers – Shipping the Vehicle: If you're an out-of-town buyer, full payment must be made prior to shipping. I'll be glad to assist buyers in making shipping arrangements and I can refer buyers to a trusted transportation company that I personally use, but all costs are buyer's responsibility. Due to liability and manpower we are not able to deliver vehicles nationally. We can deliver vehicleslocally within 50 miles at a fee both parties can agree on.
