Introduced in 1992, the new Cadillac tenth generation Eldorado was born. Redesigned by artist and engineer Dick Ruzzin, it was a slicker, more elegant design drawing the attention away from Mercedes buyers who had also gone to a more European look eliminating the popular chrome touches that long made vehicles famous in years pasted. The new Eldorado would be 11 inches long, 3 inches wider, and heavier than its predecessor providing a wonderfully smooth ride and superb handling in all environments.
