1989 Cadillac Seville Cloth Leather split Description

Here is a really nice car I inherited from my dad. Car is clean and fast, loaded with many options found in the original first year STS models.. plus as a top of the line mid-size luxury model for Cadillac, it has power windows, power door locks, power seats, power trunk close, stereo, tilt, cruise needs servo. cloth + leather seats in front.. drivers leather needs repair/replace, otherwise interior is in excellent condition. It has cold AC, 4.5ltr V8 Auto trans with less than 92K miles. It gets about 18 city and 26 on the highway mileage. It has had starter replaced couple times.. so remote start button is installed. Car has 80K mile guarantee Michelin tires with ~15K on them, I think it has 4-wheel disc brakes. Very nice car.. drives nearly perfect, comfortable ride quality. I would love to keep this car, but I have 3 others already, and I am single. No known issues. completely detailed and windows medium tinted since pics..
