2012 Cadillac CTS V Description

THANKS FOR LOOKING !
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A V-WAGON TO GO UNDER THE RADARIN CLASSY COLORSUPERB 9/10 CONDITIONAMAZING EXHAUST SOUNDWITH 2-YR AFTER-MARKET WARRANTY (ASSURANT...AND GET THE FASTEST GROCERIES ON THE ROAD...
...THIS IS THE ONE YOU'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR.
SOME STEALTH DETAILSThis particular V Wagon is great for stealth. As close as a supercar can get to blending in.
1: I had the chrome strip above the rear license plate color-matched to the body.2: the car is debadged not only from the three "V" symbols (sides & rear), but also the "CTS" letters. I have them all, in mint condition, included with sale (see pics)3: this is the classy greenish-grey Chromaflair Thundergray. It looks amazing and often "changes" depending the time of day and light conditions. Sometimes a predictable business grey look .. others, a semi-exotic greenish hue.4: no sunroof = more headroom. Here in Miami, I appreciated it since more glass just turns the car into a greenhouse.5: seats are regular Cadillac seats, not Recaros. They are comfy, functional and great.
SOME SELLER DETAILSWith as many kids as I have, I'm taking another look at finances. Sadly, the V has to go.
ONE MODAside from the color-matched strip and debadging, the only mod to the car is an after-market Corsa (not Borla as previously listed - sorry) exhaust. Under full throttle it sounds like an absolute animal, but totally pleasant at idle and regular driving.
SERVICE / HISTORYI put Bridgestone G-Force rear tires (with appx 60% tread) when I got the car early Sep '16, and that's it. Rear tires are just a frequent fact of life with this beast. The fronts are Michelin Pilot Sports with lots of tread, see pics. I only put 93 octane gas, from major-name gas stations only (no sketchy / no-name gas stations allowed). That's as long as I've had the car... I have service records from previous owner, from TX. There are zero mechanical issues of any kind that I know of.
THE AFTERMARKET WARRANTYMy financing included purchase of a bumper-to-bumper, comprehensive, after-market Assurant warranty. I checked into it with USAA, with whom I financed the car, and I am told the warranty goes with the car when sold. But I encourage you to check it out for yourself. I don't want you or the car to have any problems, of course, but there is no warranty or guarantee from me personally. Only the Assurant warranty, and whatever it covers, once the car is in your name.
INSPECTION / SUPERCHARGERI had the car professionally inspected in August by an independent inspection company in TX - not by the Cadillac or GM dealer, who tend to gloss things over, or rush, or just give a less-than-thorough inspection. I have the report and the car came back clean as can be. The known supercharger rattle recall was already done a long time ago by a Cadillac dealer in Austin, TX, for which I have proof.
If you want the car further inspected here in Miami, FL that's fine, but I bring the car there and back. You are welcome to send me an email to arrange the scheduling, once I see that you're a serious buyer. If you happen to be local that's great come see it, but no joy rides.
NEAR PERFECT....BUT NOT QUITEI have included pics of imperfections and some scratches. I would not hesitate to call the car a 9 out of 10. Nevertheless, full disclosure:Two of the wheels have minor rash, see pics.At the rear-most panel on the passenger side, close to the ground, there is a pair of marks. Hard to notice those since they aren't discolored in any way (the white mark in the pic is a reflection of a parking stall stripe). On the lowest body panel right behind both front wheels, the paint is scratched. Finally, an entry into my friend's badly misshapen driveway, cracked the splitter underneath, at the front, on the passenger side.
If I haven't described where these flaws are so well, it's all visible in the pics.
Interior is a 9 out of 10 with some very minor wear and tear for a car with 70K miles, no rips, tears, scratches, broken, loose, rattles, etc. Everything works.
OTHER STUFFTwo proximity keys w/ remote startService book with whatever records I receivedOwner's manualOne extra set of generic, black carpeted floor mats (Inside, the car has the original V floors mats)
Current mileage will only increase by very few miles, as the car is NOT my daily driver any longer, but I will drive her around the block every few days to keep everything flowing, healthy, & charged.
I have proof of (electronic) title in my name.
