2012 Cadillac CTS V Description
What an awesome beast of a car this is! My goodness. This has by far been my favorite car. It really is a head turner, it's rare and it looks like a concept car.
The car is fast, quick, even nimble for a car its size. The sound of the 6.2L supercharged V8, especially in downshifts is pretty amazing. Combine that with 556 freaking HP + manual transmission (yes it's a freaking manual!) you really feel special driving this car.
So, one may ask, if this car is so freakingly cool and amazing, why am I selling it? Because I'm a lamo mostly. I live in Bellevue and only have access to one parking spot, and for "reasons" I need car that can fit my family (meh)
Anyway, it is kind of emotional to sell a car like this. It really is the kind of car that when you park it in a parking lot and walk away you have to look back at least three times. It really is a beautiful car, I am convinced the next owner will love it at least as much as I do.
Oh, and there's one more thing...ready...ready: the car still has 3 years or 16k miles of Cadillac Factory Certified Warranty (48k total - 32k miles it currently has). Covers really bumper to bumper anything that can possibly go wrong with the car (minus tires)
Now for the tech specs, the car is fully loaded, to the teeth: (from the dealer sheet)
-Trim Color Seats
-Tire sensor indicators
-Passenger side airbag detector
-Split folding rear seats
-Rear Child restraints
-Headlamp Washers
-Onstar (I don't pay for it though)
-Power heated mirrors
-Performance Brembo Brakes
-Metal Pedals
-Midnight wood trim (although I wrapped in carbon fiber)
-Memory seat adjuster (remembers 2). This is actually really cool when you open the door the seat moves to give you space, when you close the door the seat adjusts back to you. Makes you feel special
-Power adjustable front driver and passenger seats (10 way)
-Convenience cargo net
-Passive entry keyless access. (This is my favorite feature of the car. So most cars with keyless entry you have to press a button on the door to lock and unlock. Not this baby, you just walk up to it and the door is open, you walk away and it locks itself. Pretty amazing)
-Front, side, and curtain airbags
-Power tilt sunroof (looks sexy as hell in the summer with the tilted sunroof)
-Dashcam (to be fair I installed this myself :))
-Suede recaro seats . . . yes it has the Recaros . . . you feel like someone's giving you a hug
-Magnetic ride control
-Performance tuned suspension (it actually has two modes, comfort and performance)
-Limited slip differential
-Electronic parking brake. (This is also pretty cool as it disengages when it senses the clutch engage, which is pretty awesome for hills)
-Heated and cooled seats
-6.2L Supercharged V8 @556HP
-6 Speed manual transmission
-Power tilt and telescopic steering wheel
-19" polished aluminum wheels (powder coated in black for maximum badassness)
(did I mention I wrapped all the chrome bits in black? The car looks like it's could be owned by Bruce Wayne himself. . ..no...I'm not bruce Wayne)
-Adaptive forward lighting
-XM satellite radio
-Theft deterrent alarm system
-Ultrasonic rear parking sensors and rear camera
-Universal home garage remote
-Bluetooth for phone (although it doesn't work for music...but don't you fret, I have a dongle)
-Leather wrapped steering wheel
-Fog lamps LED Interior ambient lighting
-Driver infotainment system (which is pretty cool because you can hide the screen, tuck it away and forget it exists. Then when you put the car in reverse the screen pops up, when you're done it pops back down)
-Navigation system
-Bose 10 speaker 5.1 surround sound system
-40Gb hard drive
-Tire pressure monitoring system
This car has been seriously loved and cared for. I'm hoping we can find it a new awesome owner.
[Wrap on drivers window is scratched a bit, front underside lip is a bit worn (it's a low car), leather on the shifter is a little worn, driver's floor mat is worn out where the right heel goes]
