All original matching numbers car. 283 cubic inch small block with a 2 speed power glide. 53k original miles. AM/FM and air-conditioning. Majority of the car is rust free with the exception of the rear quarters in the wheel well as well as the inner and outer rocker panels. Driver side floor is spotty as well which I have a new pan for. Interior is near mint with the exception of the rear deck due to a leak in the rear glass. I have a new deck for that as well.
I have all pieces needed to complete the car other than what was mentioned. Trim and grille were removed as well as some other items in preparation for sanding and paint. I initially thought I could just mitigate the small amount of rust and then fill with lead. In actuality the panels need more than what I am willing to do and other projects have taken precedence. I do not have the time, the energy, or the wherewithal to complete the car.
From what I am aware after owning this car for 16 years is its basic needs are: rust removal, new quarter panels or patch panels, paint, and an alternator (which I have a brand new one wire delco).
The impala was manufactured in the Los Angeles plant and was sold at a dealership in South Dakota where it spent its life until coming to Wyoming. Car has been stored in a heated garage for the last 16 years.
Sold as is.
