1998 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 LS1 6 speed Convertible in highly desireable Victory Red on charcoal leather, with 16,195 original miles! Highly optioned. This vehicle was purchased new in Arkansas by an attorney. He owned the car until he traded it in for a new BMW in 2008. The car had 14,200 miles at the time of trade. The vehicle was then purchased at the same BMW dealership by an elderly gentleman from southern Oklahoma (60 miles north of Dallas). He drove the car less than 2,000 miles over the next 8 years. This car has never seen rain, and was stored in a climate controlled shop which the gentleman built exclusively for his Z28. This car is the epitome of a collector grade time capsule, and it still retains its original factory tires. The only alteration to the car was a fresh battery 2 months ago. The term "museum quality" best describes this amazing Z28. The car is in as new unaltered condition and shows virtually no wear at all. It's as if you've gone back in time 18 years to take a test drive in a brand new Z28. There is no paint work, no dings, no accidents, no rust, no drama or stories. The rims are perfect, the top is perfect, the rear seat has never been sat in, and the spare tire has never been used. The car also has its original floor mats, parade boot (never used), build sheet, window sticker, books and manual, and both sets of factory keys with keyless fobs and a valet key. The key rings still have the original dealer paper tags on them. The AC is ice cold, all the gauges function as they should, the shifter is factory tight and the clutch is as new. I am not kidding when I say the car drives like a "new" 1998 Z28. It's spectacular. The driver seat leather shows minimal creasing on the side bolster, normal for the mileage and not unsightly at all. This is solid condition 1 survivor car.
