1995 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 4WD Description

Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.

Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1995 Chevrolet Suburban LS 4x4 with just 149k miles. The Chevy Suburban is a full sized SUV based on the rugged and reliable C/K series truck and has an excellent reputation for being a reliable and capable SUV. I would rate the exterior of this Suburban LS to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a gorgeous Suburban. It is finished in a beautiful two tone dark red over tan with matching tan interior. The finish on this Suburban has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. Walking around the exterior of this Suburban, you'd be hard pressed to find anything worth complaining about. The worst I can say is that the rear bumper is rusted through, which is hard to fault a 17 year old SUV for. In fact, this is probably one of the nicest Suburban's I've had in a while. The body looks to be completely rust-free...which is very uncommon for these trucks as they age. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood and doors all open and close easily. This truck has a chrome wrap around brush guard, which looks great. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptionally clean the body of this Suburban looks.

I would rate the interior of this Suburban to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. There are a few loose / missing plastic trim pieces here and there...again, hard to fault a 17 year old truck for that. The dash and headliner are clean. The carpets show a few marks, but nothing terrible. The seats show well for their age, too. For some reason, the back seat was missing when this truck came in. If you want it, I'm sure it would be pretty easy to find...they made a million of these and tan was a pretty common interior color. The cargo area is spacious and clean. A full set of floor mats and the original owners manual are included. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. There is rear heating and air conditioning, too. The original tape deck has been upgraded with an aftermarket CD player. The power windows and locks work as they should. The power mirrors do not work. Again, please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully.

Mechanically, this Suburban appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 350ci V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine doesn't smoke. Her road manners are good for an older truck. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering feels nimble and the brakes stop this full sized SUV easily. The engine keeps proper temperature and good oil pressure at all times. The only idiot light on during my road test was the ABS light. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints...fly in and drive this Suburban anywhere. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. It is the old reliable manual lever...so no switch or solenoid issues to worry about here. The lever moves smoothly and easily. If you're looking for a clean Suburban that hasn't been all used up, you know how hard they are to find. This 95 Suburban LS is especially desirable because it is the last year before all of the emissions crap...so none of those worries either. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
