For sale is a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer LT with approximately 164K miles on the clock. This is a fantastic family car that we enjoyed owning and driving for the past two years and 20K miles. I am the 2nd owner (This car was registered as a corporate car, and was bought out by the person whom drove it its whole life then sold it to me).
This is the white LT model, with all black, leather seats interior. The exterior is in great condition, with a few chips here and there. The left rear passenger door has some rust showing up on the welds, towards the inside of the door.
The Interior is also in great condition; the rear seats look almost brand new as well as the trunk area. One piece of trim keeps popping off the rear left door, which is the only issue with the interior.
Some features:
4.2L I6 engine
4X4 Auto/High/Low
Tow Package
dual zone auto AC, with controls for the rear as well. AC is very cold.
Automatic headlights
Kenwood DPX500BT audio unit – This gives you hands-free calling, Bluetooth streaming, USB/AUX inputs, and works with steering wheel controls as well.
Infinity Reference 6032cf speakers on all 4 doors – sounds great!
Drivers and Passenger electric seats
+ plus many other standard features like remote control, cruise control etc.
In the 20K miles that I have owned it, I have done the following fixes/maintenance that will ensure this car goes way past 250K miles:
Spark plug change
Oil changes (done by dealer)
Air filter change
AC Delco brake pads and rotors
Brake fluid flush
AC Delco Wheel hubs for the front
Moog Ball Joints and AcDelco tie rods.
New belt
Cleaned the Throttle body (otherwise you get poor gas mileage)
new O2 sensors
Transmission fluid flush
New Windshield (rock cracked the old one)
Tires are in good condition, plenty of thread left.
The car drives excellent and handles great in the snow. The two things that I’ve never gotten around to doing is fixing the rear windshield wiper (it doesn’t work, common issue with these cars) and there seems to be some rust forming on the very bottom left rear door, where the pinch welds are.
