2006 Chevrolet Cobalt SS Description

This is a very unique all out no expenses spared fully built 2006 cobalt SS supercharged! So to start things off the car itself has 110,378 miles on the shell... that being said basically everything on it now is brand new and no rust on the car! There is two smaller things that are wrong cosmetically with the car but could easily be fixed (see last two pictures I posted) After the build it has exactly 286 miles on it so basically mechanically it has 286 miles on it but the shell has 110,378 and is a major head turner always get compliments wherever I drive the car! This car is (started life as) a factory stage 2 car with the G85 package (So it has the recaro racing seats and the quaife LSD) along with that it has every option available minus the paint matched side mirrors. It is properly tuned and 100% good to go, tuned on pump premium fuel with methanol injection. If your looking for a ready to go fully done up Cobalt SS with everything done to it and good to go then this is the one to get... everything you could think to do performance wise / & custom has been done to it! Other then I kept it appearing mostly stock on the outside and inside... very clean and nothing too overdone about the appearance! Performance wise everything possible has been done, from the engine to the transmission to everything inbetween this car has it all and it was all done the right way not just thrown together, I have almost the last 2 years in building this car the way I wanted it and it turned out great! Everything works on it like it did the day it was new and needs absolutely nothing, ac blows super cold (yes I did NOT do an ac delete) So as far as "mods" and anything and everything performance (I will list everything out after this and hopefully not forget to list anything) I have spared no expenses, the engine has all of the best parts available... it is build to hold up to way more power then it is currently making, I stayed with the stock supercharger to see how much power I could make with that on pump gas (330hp and 290tq with a redline of 8200rpm on pump premium fuel) So if anybody ever wanted to it would be no problem to either swap the blower to a TVS-1900 or turbo swap it and reliably make just about any amount of power you wanted out of it, everything was built to handle way more power then it makes right now... from the fully built transmission with 4.45 gear ratio to the Powell racing G6 race knuckles with the LNF (Cobalt SS TC) wheel bearings so it has the beefy LNF axles the drivetrain is more then capable of handling 600+whp reliably! And the engine has everything from the K1 technologies billet H-Beam connecting rods and Diamond racing custom pistons to the custom one off one of a kind billet 8620 camshafts (see pictures) and all ferrea valvetrain this engine has the best of the best! It has the OTTP long tube header to a 3" ZZP stainless steel exhaust with the resonator and muffler (cat delete) and I put a QTP automatic exhaust cutout on it (just for fun and when you feel like being loud) Onto the interior... interior is about a 9.5 out of 10 I ALWAYS keep the interior (and exterior) flawlessly cleaned, major OCD about that! It has the TWM short throw shifter and a custom TWM black leather with blue stitching shift boot along with a one of custom built titanium shift knob that looks gorgeous! I also have the ZZP triple gauge pod pillar with all AEM gauges (oil pressure, wideband, boost/vacuum) Now for the handling aspect of the car it has all brand new powerstop rotors and Extreme series carbon brake pads, Enkei M52 18x8 hyper black wheels wrapped in (235/40/18) Michelin pilot super sport tires which are still brand new and basically the best street performance tires you can get! I did not want to lower the car any so I stuck with the factory suspension all around but I added an OTTP hardcore rear sway bar and it is really suprising how well this car handles! And now for the fuel system I installed an AEM 320lph fuel pump along with a return style fuel system for boost refrenced fuel pressure... only thing that I do not like is because I messed with the fuel tank and added the return and so on for some reason you have to fill the fuel tank kind of slowly (I don't have the time to check it out and fix that) so I just deal with it and fill it a bit slowly at the pump which is really no big deal. Here is a list of every part engine wise, hopefully I didn't forget anything, there is too much stuff to remember it all!
