1930 Chevrolet Other Pickups Description

Up for auction is a 50’s style traditional Hot Rod. Entire build has less than 500 miles on it and is covered in all new parts. Car started as a rust free tudor sedan that was chopped and stretched behind the front door for extra leg room. I’m 6’1” and fit comfortably with extra leg room. This 1930 Chevy Roadster Pickup demands attention everywhere it goes and has plenty of power to put a smile on any gear heads face. Here are the details:

- Z’d original frame in the front and kicked up in the back

-2x3 tubing in the rear

-4” channel over the frame

-350 Small Block Chevy (not sure of origin) with brand new Edelbrock 600cfm, 4-barrel carb with electric choke (currently not hooked up, never needed it). Engine starts every time.

-350 transmission

-Dual brake cylinder

-New Gear Drive Speed and Custom lakester exhaust with turnouts, baffles, and exhaust wrap

-Matching finned aluminum valve covers and air filter

-New aluminum radiator and electric fan

-All new front suspension and rear four bar with coil-overs

-New disc brakes in the front

-Custom made gas tank under the bed (see pictures)

-New Firestone bias ply Zig Zag white wall tires front and back

-Powder coated 15inch steelies with spyder caps

-Complete interior with vintage kirkey style low-back seats and black seat covers and door panels

-Vintage series omega gauges

-Bead rolled floorboards and interior

-Custom gold paint with light flake (remaining paint in can will be provided)

Overall the truck is a great hot rod. It is a blast to drive and has proven itself on many long road trips. Runs smooth at 70mph on the highway all day. Paint is in excellent condition. (see images) Doors do not open, but the car is plenty low enough to step right over the doors. Car was built to drive and is an absolute blast!
